38 Points is Quite a Few
I talked to Mechele today, and she is keeping her spirits up. I had been curious about the appeal. When I first heard "38 points" I thought, "Wow, that's a lot." Then I thought, "Well, I don't know how many points appeals usually have." So, I asked Mechele today if 38 is a lot, and she confirmed that indeed it is. Sometimes people appeal on just 1 or 2. So, again, I just have to say: 38!

Her conviction was a farce in my opinion. When are you going to post more? Don't give up.
I totally agree. Thanks! There hasn't been much to post. We're still getting organized. I'm awaiting a letter from Mechele, but something's been holding it up. I think she said she just sent it. Communication from prison can sometimes be slow. Thanks for your support.
Looking forward to Michele's letter. Hope she's doing as well as can be expected under the circumstances. I followed the trial and between the media circus and the prosecution I don't think she got a fair trial. Hopefully the appeal will be in her favor. Thanks for this page and keep us informed on how Michele is doing from time to time. I can see she has very good and loyal friends.
